# §971.1001. Assessment procedure.


[Subpart B](/cfr/15/subpartB.md) of [15 CFR part 904](/cfr/15/part904.md) governs the procedures for assessing a civil penalty under the Act, and the rights of any person against whom a civil penalty is assessed.
