# §930.84. Continuing State agency objections.


If the State agency objects to the consistency certification for an amended OCS plan, the prohibition in [§ 930.80](/cfr/15/930.80.md) against Federal agency approval of licenses or permits for activities described in detail in such a plan applies, further Secretarial review pursuant to [subpart H](/cfr/15/subpartH.md) of this part may take place, and the development of an additional amended OCS plan and consistency certification may be required pursuant to [§§ 930.82 through 930.83](/cfr/15/930.82..930.83.md).
