# §930.71. Federal license or permit activity described in detail.


The term “federal license or permit activity described in detail” means any activity requiring a federal license or permit, as defined in [§ 930.51](/cfr/15/930.51.md), which the Secretary of the Interior determines must be described in detail within an OCS plan.
