# §922.225. Permit procedures and review criteria.

- (a) A person may conduct an activity otherwise prohibited by [§ 922.223(a)(1) through (4)](/cfr/15/922.223.md?p=a-1..a-4) if conducted under and in accordance with the scope, purpose, terms and conditions of a permit issued under this section and [subpart D](/cfr/15/subpartD.md) of this part.
- (b) Applications for such permits should be addressed to the Director, Office of National Marine Sanctuaries; ATTN: Superintendent, Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary, 1305 East-West Highway, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
