# §922.133. Permit procedures and criteria.

- (a) A person may conduct an activity otherwise prohibited by [§ 922.132(a)(1)](/cfr/15/922.132.md?p=a-1) as it pertains to jade collection in the Sanctuary, § [922.132(a)(2) through (11)](/cfr/15/922.132.md?p=a-2..a-11) and [(13)](/cfr/15/922.132.md?p=a-13) if conducted under and in accordance with the scope, purpose, terms and conditions of a permit issued under this section and [subpart D](/cfr/15/subpartD.md) of this part.
- (b) Applications for permits should be addressed to the Director, Office of National Marine Sanctuaries; ATTN: Superintendent, Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, 99 Pacific Street, Bldg. 455A, Monterey, California 93940.
