# §922.123. Permit procedures.

- (a) A person may conduct an activity otherwise prohibited by [§ 922.122(a)(2) through (11)](/cfr/15/922.122.md?p=a-2..a-11) if such activity is specifically authorized by and conducted in accordance with the scope, purpose, terms, and conditions of a permit issued under this section and [subpart D](/cfr/15/subpartD.md) of this part.
- (b) Applications for such permits should be addressed to the Director, Office of National Marine Sanctuaries; ATTN: Superintendent, Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary, 4700 Avenue U, Building 216, Galveston, TX 77551.
