# §922.113. Permit procedures and issuance criteria.

- (a) A person may conduct an activity otherwise prohibited by [§ 922.112(a)(2) through (7)](/cfr/15/922.112.md?p=a-2..a-7) if the activity is specifically authorized by and conducted in accordance with the scope, purpose, terms and conditions of a permit issued under this section and [subpart D](/cfr/15/subpartD.md) of this part.
- (b) Applications for permits should be addressed to the Director, Office of National Marine Sanctuaries; ATTN: Superintendent, Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuary, P.O. Box 159, Olema, CA 94950.
