# §801.4. Recordkeeping requirements.


In accordance with section 3104(b)(1) of [title 22](/cfr/22.md) of the United States Code, persons subject to the jurisdiction of the United States shall maintain any information essential for carrying out the surveys and studies provided for by the Act.
