# §711.2. Who submits declarations, reports, and advance notifications.


The owner, operator, or senior management official of a facility subject to declaration, reporting, or advance notification requirements under the CWCR (parts [710](/cfr/15/part710.md) through [729](/cfr/15/part729.md) of this subchapter) is responsible for the submission of all required documents in accordance with all applicable provisions of the CWCR.
