# §2017.5. Expiration.


The Trade Preferences Extension Act of 2015 extended the AGOA until September 30, 2025 (Pub. L. 114-27, sec. [103](/cfr/15/103.md), [129](/cfr/15/129.md) Stat. 364). Accordingly, this part will expire on that date unless extended by statute.
