# §2003.5. Information open to public inspection.

- (a) With the exception of information subject to [§ 2003.6](/cfr/15/2003.6.md), an interested party may, upon request, inspect at the office of the Committee:
  - (1) Any written request, brief, or similar submission of information;
  - (2) Any stenographic record of a public hearing;
  - (3) **Other public written information concerning the trade agreements program and related matters.**
