# §2.4. Procedure for filing claims.

- (a) The procedure for filing and the contents of claims shall be pursuant to §§ [14.2](/cfr/15/14.2.md), [14.3](/cfr/15/14.3.md), and [14.4](/cfr/15/14.4.md) of the Regulations ([28 CFR part 14](/cfr/28/part14.md)).
- (b) Claims shall be filed with the Assistant General Counsel for Employment, Litigation and Information, Department of Commerce, Washington, DC 20230.
