# §17.2. Definitions.

- (a) The term funding agreement shall have the meaning according to it under [35 U.S.C. 201(b)](/usc/35/201.md?p=b).
- (b) The term contractor shall have the meaning according to it under [35 U.S.C. 201(c)](/usc/35/201.md?p=c).
- (c) The term Federal laboratory shall have the meaning according to it under [15 U.S.C. 3703(4)](/usc/15/3703.md?p=4).
