# §89.105. Remote identification requirement.


Except as otherwise authorized by the Administrator or as provided in [§ 89.120](/cfr/14/89.120.md), after September 16, 2023, no person may operate an unmanned aircraft within the airspace of the United States unless the operation meets the requirements of [§ 89.110](/cfr/14/89.110.md) or [§ 89.115](/cfr/14/89.115.md).
