# §47.63. Application.


A manufacturer or dealer that wishes to obtain a Dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate must submit—

- (a) A Dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate Application, AC Form 8050-5; and
- (b) The fee required by [§ 47.17](/cfr/14/47.17.md).
