# §460.49. Space flight participant waiver of claims against U.S. Government.


Each space flight participant must execute a reciprocal waiver of claims with the Federal Aviation Administration of the Department of Transportation in accordance with the requirements of [part 440](/cfr/14/part440.md) of this chapter.
