# §450.183. Explosive site plan.

- (a) **Explosive siting requirements.** For a launch or reentry conducted from or to a site exclusive to its own use, an operator must comply with the explosive siting requirements of §§ [420.63](/cfr/14/420.63.md), [420.65](/cfr/14/420.65.md), [420.66](/cfr/14/420.66.md), [420.67](/cfr/14/420.67.md), [420.69](/cfr/14/420.69.md), and [420.70](/cfr/14/420.70.md) of this chapter.
- (b) **Application requirement.** An applicant must submit an explosive site plan in accordance with [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section.
