# §380.61. Operation by foreign charter operators.

- (a) Each foreign charter operator shall be registered under this subpart and file a prospectus under [§ 380.25](/cfr/14/380.25.md) before organizing groups for transportation on Public Charters that originate in the United States.
- (b) Each foreign charter registered under this subpart shall comply with the other provisions of this part directed to charter operators.
