# §380.46. Charter trip reporting.


The direct air carrier shall promptly notify the Office of International Aviation, U.S. Air Carrier Licensing/Special Authorities Division, regarding any charters covered by a prospectus filed under [§ 380.28](/cfr/14/380.28.md) that are later canceled.
