# §36.803. Noise evaluation and calculation.


The noise measurement data required under [§ 36.801](/cfr/14/36.801.md) and obtained under appendix H of this part must be corrected to the reference conditions contained in part A of appendix H of this part, and evaluated under the procedures of part C of appendix H of this part, or an FAA-approved equivalent procedure. The noise measurement data required under [§ 36.801](/cfr/14/36.801.md) and obtained under appendix J of this part must be corrected to the reference conditions contained in part A of appendix J of this part, and evaluated under the procedures of part C of appendix J of this part, or an FAA-approved equivalent procedure.
