# §325.13. Environmental evaluations and energy information not required.


Notwithstanding any provision of [part 312](/cfr/14/part312.md) or [part 313](/cfr/14/part313.md) of this chapter, a person filing a petition or appeal under this part is not required to file an environmental evaluation or energy information with the application.
