# §3.301. Applicability.


This subpart applies to individuals who:

- (a) Do not have a U.S. physical address of record on file with the FAA;
- (b) Have a foreign address of record on file with the FAA; and
- (c) Hold or apply for certificates, ratings, or authorizations under part [47](/cfr/14/part47.md), [61](/cfr/14/part61.md), 63, 65, 67, or 107 of this chapter.
