# §298.51. Processing by the Department.


In processing applications filed in accordance with [§ 298.50](/cfr/14/298.50.md), the Department will generally follow the procedures set forth in [§§ 302.207 through 302.211](/cfr/14/302.207..302.211.md) of this chapter.
