# §298.35. Limitations on carriage of mail.


An air taxi operator or commuter air carrier is not authorized to carry mail except pursuant to contract with the U.S. Postal Service entered into pursuant to section 5402 of the Postal Reorganization Act ([39 U.S.C. 5402](/usc/39/5402.md)).
