# §292.10. Exemption.


Direct air carriers are exempted from the requirement to file cargo tariffs with the Department of Transportation provided in 49 U.S.C. [41504](/usc/49/41504.md) and [14](/usc/49/14.md) CFR [Part 221](/cfr/14/part221.md).
