# §291.22. Aircraft accident liability insurance requirement.


No air carrier shall operate all-cargo aircraft or provide all-cargo air transportation unless such carrier has and maintains in effect aircraft accident liability coverage that meets the requirements of [part 205](/cfr/14/part205.md) of this chapter.
