# §206.4. Exemption of air carriers for military transportation.


Air carriers providing air transportation pursuant to a contract with the Department of Defense are hereby exempted from Chapter 415 of 49 U.S.C. Subtitle VII, and from [part 221](/cfr/14/part221.md), §§ [207.4](/cfr/14/207.4.md) and [208.32](/cfr/14/208.32.md), of this chapter, with respect to those services.
