# §194.304. ATC transponder and altitude reporting equipment and use.


Notwithstanding [§ 194.301](/cfr/14/194.301.md), the exceptions outlined in § [91.215(b)(3)](/cfr/14/91.215.md?p=b-3) and [(5)](/cfr/14/91.215.md?p=b-5) of this chapter for aircraft not certificated with an engine-driven electrical system do not apply to powered-lift.
