# §194.303. IFR takeoff, approach, and landing minimums.


[Section 91.1039(c)](/cfr/14/91.1039.md?p=c) of this chapter applies to all powered-lift operated under [subpart K](/cfr/14/subpartK.md) to [part 91](/cfr/14/part91.md) of this chapter regardless of powerplant type.
