# §194.245. Pilot qualification and program management requirements to operate powered-lift under subpart K to part 91 of this chapter.

- (a) [Section 91.1055(a)](/cfr/14/91.1055.md?p=a) of this chapter applies to powered-lift operating under [subpart K](/cfr/14/subpartK.md) to [part 91](/cfr/14/part91.md).
- (b) Reference to class of aircraft in [§ 91.1055(b)(2)](/cfr/14/91.1055.md?p=b-2) of this chapter is inapplicable when a powered-lift is used for the operation under [subpart K](/cfr/14/subpartK.md) to [part 91](/cfr/14/part91.md).
