# §183.49. Authorized functions.

- (a) Consistent with an ODA Holder's qualifications, the Administrator may delegate any function determined appropriate under [49 U.S.C. 44702(d)](/usc/49/44702.md?p=d).
- (b) Under the general supervision of the Administrator, an ODA Unit may perform only those functions, and is subject to the limitations, listed in the ODA Holder's procedures manual.
