# §152.425. Effect of subpart.


Nothing contained in this subpart diminishes or supersedes the obligations imposed by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ([42 U.S.C. 2000d](/usc/42/2000d.md)), Executive Order 11246 ([42 U.S.C. 2000e (note)](/usc/42/2000e.md?p=note)), or any other Federal law or Executive Order relating to civil rights.
