# §136.5. Additional requirements for Hawaii.


Any operator subject to this subpart who meets the criteria of [§ 136.71](/cfr/14/136.71.md) must comply with the additional requirements and restrictions in [subpart D](/cfr/14/subpartD.md) of this part.
