# §135.141. Applicability.


This subpart prescribes aircraft and equipment requirements for operations under this part. The requirements of this subpart are in addition to the aircraft and equipment requirements of [part 91](/cfr/14/part91.md) of this chapter. However, this part does not require the duplication of any equipment required by this chapter.
