# §133.17. Requirements for issuance of a rotorcraft external-load operator certificate.


If an applicant shows that he complies with §§ [133.19](/cfr/14/133.19.md), [133.21](/cfr/14/133.21.md), and [133.23](/cfr/14/133.23.md), the Administrator issues a Rotorcraft External-Load Operator Certificate to him with an authorization to operate specified rotorcraft with those classes of rotorcraft-load combinations for which he complies with the applicable provisions of [subpart D](/cfr/14/subpartD.md) of this part.
