# §1310.11. Regulations of the Office of Management and Budget.

- (a) The regulations in this part supplement the regulations of the Office of Management and Budget in [part 1300](/cfr/14/part1300.md) of this chapter in accordance with [section 102(c)(2)(B)](/cfr/14/102.md?p=c-2-B) of the Act.
- (b) This part and [part 1300](/cfr/14/part1300.md) of this chapter jointly govern the application procedures and the requirements for issuance of Federal credit instruments under [section 101(a)(1)](/cfr/14/101.md?p=a-1) of the Act.
