# §13.70. Delegation of authority.


The authority of the Administrator under 49 U.S.C. [5121(a)](/usc/49/5121.md?p=a) and [(d)](/usc/49/5121.md?p=d) is delegated to the Chief Counsel, each Deputy Chief Counsel, and the Assistant Chief Counsel for Enforcement.
