# §1261.418. Transfer of debts to Treasury for collection.


Unless subject to an exception identified in [31 CFR 285.12(d)](/cfr/31/285.12.md?p=d), NASA shall transfer any debt that is more than 180 days delinquent to the Financial Management Service for debt collection services in accordance with the procedures described in [31 CFR 285.12](/cfr/31/285.12.md).
