# §1261.309. Action under the Federal Tort Claims Act.


Where a claim is to be acted upon pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act, action shall be taken in accordance with [28 U.S.C. 2672](/usc/28/2672.md), other provisions of the Federal Tort Claims Act as may be applicable (e.g., [28 U.S.C. 2680](/usc/28/2680.md)), and regulations prescribed by the Attorney General which appear at [28 CFR part 14](/cfr/28/part14.md).
