# §1251.108. Administrative requirements for small recipients.


The Associate Administrator may require any recipient with fewer than 15 employees, or any class of such recipients, to comply with §§ [1251.106](/cfr/14/1251.106.md) and [1251.107](/cfr/14/1251.107.md), in whole or in part, when the Associate Administrator finds a violation of this part or finds that such compliance will not significantly impair the ability of the recipient or class of recipients to provide benefits or services.
