# §1245.100. Scope.


This subpart prescribes regulations for the waiver of rights of the Government of the United States to inventions made under NASA contract in conformity with [section 20135](/cfr/14/20135.md) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. Chapter 201).
