# §1221.115. Violations.

- (a) **NASA Seal.** Any person who uses the NASA Seal in a manner other than as authorized in this subpart shall be subject to the provisions of [Title 18](/cfr/18.md) U.S.C. 1017.
- (b) **NASA Insignia, NASA Logotype, and NASA Program Identifiers.** Any person who uses the NASA Insignia, NASA Logotype, or NASA Program Identifier in a manner other than as authorized in this subpart shall be subject to the provisions of [title 18](/cfr/18.md) U.S.C. 701.
