# §119.8. Safety Management Systems.


Certificate holders authorized to conduct operations under part [121](/cfr/14/part121.md) or [135](/cfr/14/part135.md) of this chapter must have a safety management system that meets the requirements of [part 5](/cfr/14/part5.md) of this chapter.
