# §111.5. Compliance date.

- (a) Compliance with this part is required by September 9, 2024, except as provided in §§ [111.15](/cfr/14/111.15.md), [111.100](/cfr/14/111.100.md), [111.200](/cfr/14/111.200.md), and [111.255](/cfr/14/111.255.md).
- (b) Beginning on September 9, 2024, the Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA) ceases to be effective and will not be an available alternative to PRD for operators, entities, or trustees to which this subpart applies.
