# §111.100. Applicability.

- (a) **This subpart prescribes requirements for the following reviewing entities—**
  - (1) Each operator that holds an air carrier or operating certificate issued by the Administrator in accordance with [part 119](/cfr/14/part119.md) of this chapter and is authorized to conduct operations under [part 121](/cfr/14/part121.md), [part 125](/cfr/14/part125.md), or [part 135](/cfr/14/part135.md) of this chapter.
  - (2) Each operator that holds management specifications to operate in accordance with [subpart K of part 91](/cfr/14/part91-subpartK.md) of this chapter.
  - (3) Each operator that holds a letter of authorization to conduct air tour operations in accordance with [§ 91.147](/cfr/14/91.147.md) of this chapter.
- (b) If an operator described in [§ 111.1(b)(4)](/cfr/14/111.1.md?p=b-4) or an entity described in [§ 111.1(b)(5)](/cfr/14/111.1.md?p=b-5) accesses the PRD to review records in accordance with this subpart, the operator or entity must comply with [§ 111.120](/cfr/14/111.120.md).
