# §107.47. Flight restrictions in the proximity of certain areas designated by notice to airmen.


A person acting as a remote pilot in command must comply with the provisions of §§ [91.137 through 91.145](/cfr/14/91.137..91.145.md) and [99.7](/cfr/14/99.7.md) of this chapter.
