RIS Program grants are subject to all requirements contained in [part 302](/cfr/13/part302.md) of this chapter, except §§ [302.2](/cfr/13/302.2.md), [302.3](/cfr/13/302.3.md), [302.9](/cfr/13/302.9.md), [302.10](/cfr/13/302.10.md), and [302.17](/cfr/13/302.17.md).
