# §305.3. Application requirements.

- (a) **Each application for Public Works Investment Assistance must—**
  - (1) Include evidence of eligibility, as provided in [part 301](/cfr/13/part301.md) of this chapter;
  - (2) Include, or incorporate by reference, a CEDS (as provided in [§ 303.7](/cfr/13/303.7.md) of this chapter);
  - (3) Demonstrate how the proposed Project meets the criteria of [§ 305.2](/cfr/13/305.2.md); and
  - (4) Demonstrate how the proposed Project meets the application evaluation criteria set forth in [§ 301.8](/cfr/13/301.8.md) of this chapter.
- (b) The Investment Rate for Public Works Investments will be determined in accordance with [§ 301.4](/cfr/13/301.4.md) of this chapter.
