# §134.901. Scope of the rules in this subpart.

- (a) **The rules of practice in this subpart apply to Size Standard Petitions.**
- (b) Except where inconsistent with this subpart, the provisions of subparts [A](/cfr/13/subpartA.md) and [B](/cfr/13/subpartB.md) of this part apply to Size Standard Petitions listed in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section.
