# §129.104. What are the penalties of misrepresentation of size or status?


The penalties relevant to the particular size or socioeconomic status representation under 13 CFR [121.108](/cfr/13/121.108.md), [125.32](/cfr/13/125.32.md), [126.900](/cfr/13/126.900.md), and [127.700](/cfr/13/127.700.md) are applicable to set-asides under this part.
